Use the Atkins recipe to make Mediterranean Marinade, you will need 2 tablespoons.
 
  1. Drain and pat tofu dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1/4 inch strips.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°
  3. Marinate tofu in marinade for 30 minutes or more if desired.
  4. Bake on a greased flat pan for 15 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 15 minutes till golden brown and slightly crispy.
