INGREDIENTS

  • 1 each Atkins Strawberry Shake
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, raw, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kroger Riced Cauliflower, frozen (85g per 3/4 cup)

DIRECTIONS

For best results use a chilled Atkins shake.
Pour shake and chia seeds into a blender and let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
