INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Frozen Blackberries
- 1 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 1 oz Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 tbsp Organic 100% Whole Ground Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp Allspice Ground
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
For this recipe unsweetened coconut, almond or soy milk may be used. Combine the frozen balckberries, milk of choice, protein powder, flax meal, vanilla and spices in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Cooking Tip
To make a colder smoothie, try adding a couple ice cubes to the mix before blending!
