INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving Atkins Chocolate Banana Shake
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 0 1/8 cup Oats, quick cooking, raw
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 0 1/8 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Almonds - sliced

DIRECTIONS

Place Atkins Chocolate Banana Protein Shake with all other ingredients in a glass mason jar with a tight fitting lid. Cover and shake to combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
