INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
  • 1/2 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Peppermint (Mint)
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine sliced radishes with cheese, minced fresh mint, oil and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
