INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2ozPINEAPPLE Sagsveen & Sagsveen Food Brokers Ltd.
  • 0 1/2cupPure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  • 0 1/2cup (8 fl oz)Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk)
  • 20each wholeBlanched & Slivered Almonds

DIRECTIONS

Feel free to substitute other fruits or nuts for the pineapple and/or almonds (about 20 whole almonds, 3 Tbsp slivered). Be sure to use fresh pineapple in this smoothie. Canned pineapple is swimming in sugar.

Combine the yogurt, pineapple, almonds and almond milk in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
