INGREDIENTS

  • 8 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick) Pineapple
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Stick
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to medium. In a small bowl, mix butter with ground cinnamon. Brush pineapple rings with mixture.
  2. Grill rings until soft and nicely browned, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
