- 5 oz Tuna, canned in water, drained
- 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
- 3 leaf, medium medium Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types)
DIRECTIONS
This tuna salad does not include mayonnaise or any other dressing. Please add in your favorite low carb dressing or mayonnaise and add in the g of NC to the total based on the amount you choose to use.
- Drain tuna and finely dice celery.
- Combine the tuna and celery with mayonnaise or other dressing of your choice.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
