INGREDIENTS

  • 1/8 cup, chopped Red Sweet Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped Onions

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté red bell peppers and white onion in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add crumbled sausage patties and cook until browned, stirring occasionally
  3. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
